Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Ayre Naturals products. If you're not satisfied, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. To start a return, contact us at orders@ayrenaturals.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.
